Fitness5 is a sport in which any dedicated gym-goer could compete successfully. The competition consists of 5 basic gym exercises: bench presses, biceps curls, barbell squats, pull-ups and, as the final event, triceps dips on parallel bars.
This year’s F5 season in Estonia kicked off on 09.04 at Sparta Sports Club, bringing together talented athletes from both Tallinn and Tartu. Once again, the competition proved very exciting, with the winners undecided until the final event.
The placings were as follows:
Women’s -60 kg winner: Monika Aus.
Junior men’s winner: Holger Ader.
Men’s -80 kg winner: Siim Jürgenstein, II place: Margo Kuiv, III place: Sten Urbanik.
Men’s +80 kg winner: Alex Uuetalu, II place: Oleg Žumadilov, III place: Allan Nikopensius, IV place: Argo Erit and V place: Raido Margus.

Fitness5 is a sport of the future that aims to strengthen the culture of gym-based sport and give your training more motivation and purpose.
The next competition takes place this very weekend, on 16.04 at Kimberi Klubi in Pärnu. On 23.04, you can test your abilities in Tartu.
On 8 May, the Estonian F5 Cup will take place at Tondiraba Ice Hall in Tallinn, bringing together Estonia’s best.
