What is circuit training and why does it suit any day?
Circuit training means performing exercises one after another, with short, precisely timed breaks in between. One circuit consists of specially selected machines and exercises that work the whole body, from the upper body to the legs and the deep muscles. There is a short break between circuits, and the whole program is completed in three stages. It is one of the most effective ways in the world to build strength, improve posture and keep your heart rate up without spending hours in the gym – an ideal solution for anyone who values their time but wants quick, tangible results.
ArtGym circuit training is well thought out and effective
Circuit training is effective and rewarding for beginners and experienced exercisers alike.
Beginners learn the correct exercise technique under a coach’s guidance, while for more advanced exercisers the training offers a fresh change from the usual training routine.
To keep the training load balanced, joint-friendly and supportive of good posture, the 60-minute workout is divided into three carefully designed parts:
- Upper body and posture: focus on strengthening the shoulder girdle and back and correcting posture through controlled rowing and pressing exercises;
- Lower body and legs: focuses on the large muscle groups, building lower-body strength and stability;
- Core muscles: the final push of the workout, where we train the deep muscles and the lower back to build strong core muscles that support the body
Training sessions take place in groups of up to 4 people, which ensures that every participant gets enough of the coach’s attention, advice and supervision of safe technique. Each exercise is performed for a set amount of time with short breaks, which ensures an optimal training load. After the 60-minute workout, feeling good is guaranteed!
