Lorenzo Sommo (Italy)
Sometimes we forget that exercise is not only necessary for burning unwanted calories but is necessary if we want to be healthy and strong. Therefore Lorenzo Sommo from Italy, a former professional swimmer, who later acquired an education in the science of movement and who has an experience of twelve years in the area of fitness, rushes to help develop flexibility and build firm muscles. Lorenzo is the author of such programs as “Functional Training For Fitness” as well as “Training R-Evolution”. While presenting the programmes he travelled many countries and carried out “Euroeducation” training, which is well known in all of Europe. Moreover, the trainer still has time to visit New York every summer in order to increase his knowledge. You can train with Lorenzo in the FUNCTIONAL RETONING exercise which focuses on motion training exercises, starting from simple to the most difficult ones which are performed by using your own body weight. During this exercise you will find out how to be stronger and more flexible in a short period of time. Lorenzo will also be conducting the 360 NATURAL MOVEMENT training session. The movement performed in this training session will remind you of every day movement. This training sessions helps you keep your balance and to control your body. Whereas during DYNAMIC YOGA STRETCH, Lorenzo will acquaint you with the stretching of muscles, yoga positions and breathing. Such a yoga session is accessible to everyone, regardless of one’s physical level.
Michael Steenhouwer (Sweden)
One of the “hottest” Les Mills trainers in Nordic countries. Michael is from Sweden and teaches Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT,
CXWORX and GRIT classes. Since 2011th Michael is also the official Nike Trainer in Nordic countries. He is a great role model
on the stage for all fitness enthusiasts. He will squeeze last drop of sweat in GRIT and BODYPUMP workouts.
GRIT™ Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and
get you fitter, super-fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometric for a full body
workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power. BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
Irene Pallares (Spain)
If you greedily watch the flexible, robust bodies of street dancers and want to be able to dance energetically and move easily as a feather, Irene Pallares from Spain is the one for you. This aerobics instructor of an international level has acquired the specialty of
physical education, has worked as a dance instructor in Spanish TV shows, performed in music videos with various famous Spanish artists and in the end became the president of dance school “La urban dance factory” in Barcelona as well as the organizer of the hip hop competition “Urban Display Irene Pallares”. Irene is a professional and charismatic teacher. During her training sessions you will not only understand the principles of street dance, but you will also spend your time cheerily.
During the GLAM DANCE training session, all dance moves are performed according to the new vision of aerobics – you can include the most difficult moves and perform then easily. Meanwhile, the training session of FEM STYLE offers a dynamic dance session during which by including simple steps you will create attractive and sexy choreography.
Irene Pallares has achieved a lot in the sports field:
– 1993 Spanish dance champion of “Free Style Dance”;
– Fitness champion in Barcelona, 1994.;
– Bronze winner of the women’s singles in the Sport’s Aerobics Championship, 1996;
– Winner of “Miss Fitness Spain 99”;
– Winner of an international hip hop competition, 2000.
Salvatore Panebianco (Italy)
In order to maintain the motivation to exercise, it is necessary to diversify active exercise routine with non-monotonous activities. You will not be bored during a training session with Italian Salvatore Panebianco. Salvatore is a famous fitness expert. While having
graduated not only from the famous fitness school “Spring Energie school” but also from a Sport University in Rome, this coach has
worked as an instructor in the most famous gyms in Italy. Salvatore regularly attends various courses and seminars throughout the world, therefore his work is full of unique, extraordinary and distinctive exercises. During the STEP CREATIVE session, you will get acquainted with the exceptional and creative movement teaching methodology after which you will feel energized to the max. Step will also be viewed from a different perspective during the session of STEP EVOLUTION. Normal, logical transitions will be provided in a new light which will therefore create expressive choreography.
Kristina Zaičenkoviené (Lithuania)
Exercising means feeling and looking good. Pilates lets us have both. Pilates allows us to have both – these exercises thoroughly train the muscles that support graceful figure and posture. Kristina Zaičenkovienė, doctor of biomedicine, which reads lectures not only to Lithuanian but also to the students of foreign universities, co-author ofthe book “Exercising with large balls on the human posture and muscle strengthening”, multiple Lithuanian champion of athletic aerobic group exercises, who has been working in the field of health and fitness for more than 18 years will be the one introducing Pilates sessions to you. During the PILATES OVERBALL sessions with Kristina, you will work with small balls which help develop the consistency of the body and also to regulate the intensity of the training session. Such balls help you rediscover leg, buttock, abdomen, muscle-building exercises, and contribute significantly to the formation of posture.
– Kristina Zaičenkovienė is a trainer that meets the European level standarts and also a member of EREPS (European register of exercise professionals).
– A certified trainer of Pilates (EUROEDUCATION European Fitness School);
– In 2011 she finished the international courses in the School of Body Control Pilates (London);
– In 2011 she finished Pilates courses with Pilates simulators Reformer 1, Wundar Chair, Cadilac 1 (London).
Alona Slidzevska (Latvia)
Sterling exercise gives pleasure, allows you to get rid of stress and also has a positive impact on our body’s activities. Yoga and slow stretching exercises stirs abyssal muscles which in turn causes relaxation and peace. The guru of such exercises is no other than Alona Slidzevska from Latvia. She is the director of the fitness club “Sportima” in Riga, master of gymnastics, two time Latvian champion of sport aerobics, who has acquired years of physical fitness trainer experience by working with the men’s football and hockey teams. POWER YOGA sessions by Alona connect movement and statics, relaxation and concentration, balance and breathing technique required not only in order to form a beautiful and firm body, but also necessary in order to support the nervous system, to improve the performance of the heart and digestive system, as well as to eliminate toxins. Whereas during the workshop of SLOW STRONG, you will experience how to enhance your body with little movement. Because of slowly performed movements, the muscles
work more efficiently, joints, ligaments as well as all muscle groups are affected more strongly. This workshop is also charming because of its resemblance to a slow dance.
Ralfs Upmanis (Latvia)
Ralfs has a wealth of experience in fitness, he HAS BEEN a professional fitness trainer and aerobics teacher for many years. He is a coach of TRX Suspension and Pavigym programs in the Baltic states holding TRX Rip training not only in the Baltic States, but also in Finland. He is also a founder of Sports Studies DCH in Latvia and is an author of the book on Fitness “Go for health”. He is also an instructor of Nike Training Club. One of the most experienced coaches in Latvia will invite you to BLAST, high-intensity interval training, during which due to the complex exercises you will develop all muscle groups simultaneously.
Agné Mickevičiüté – Butiené (Lithuania)
If there is a form of exercise that will appeal to everyone – it will definitely be zumba. This type of fitness is inspired by Latin rhythm
and dance steps and encompasses the scorching music and dance steps of Latin America, Spain and Africa. This workshop is going to be introduced by Agnė Mickevičiūtė – Butienė, who is a licensed zumba instructor. Even though she found zumba not too long ago she fell in love with it at first glance. Agnė is also a specialist of aerobics, callanetics, strength and choreography who has been
working for more than nine years, who lacks neither knowledge nor experience. Get acquainted with ZUMBA by Agnė which is great and will leave an impression for both the beginners the advanced ones. This workout connects aerobic moves with the dance moves of salsa, cha-cha, reggaeton, cambia, meringue, samba, hip-hop and tango. Energetic and driven rhythms of Latin America, movements and melodies of African dances are the main styles of zumba music and dance. It is a playful combination of choreography, lots of good mood and… burned calories!
Aleksandras Vyšniauskas (Lithuania)
If you think that active leisure causes a wave of good feelings – step exercises are the ones for you. Vibrant music and active tempo will stir you and inspirenew strength within you. Therefore we present Aleksandras Vyšniauskas. He graduated from the MilitaryAcademy of Lithuania and acquired the trainer license in Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences. He has been working as an instructor for more than years and hasn’t stopped seeking improvement in aerobic seminars in Lithuania. Aleksandras invites
you to a workshop titled ALEX STEP during which you by using the step platform you will activate your blood circulation, increase the performance of your heart. Step workshops are famous not only for effectively burning calories and flattering your figure, but are also known as a boost of good morale and mood.
Jurga, Tatjana and Justina (Lithuania)
IJurga Maculevičiūtė, Tatjana Bulatova and Justina Gerdauskaitė are professional coaches of IMPULS sport and health club, who first began conducting around the world popular Les Mills training in Lithuania.
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Nerijus Brazdžiūnas (Lithuania)
Graduated from the specialty of physical therapy. He works as a physical therapist at Vilnius University Hospital Santariskiu Klinikos. He sine is continuing his studies and health research activities at Vilnius University. The author of health programs in video format and lecturer. Presenter of Anti-stress and relaxation programs. Yoga instructor. Organizer of international seminars, travels, yoga cams. Leads group and individual yoga classes. The author of the DVD “Sveikatos rytas” (engl. “A Norning of Health”) and also the coauthor and broadcaster of a BTV show “Sveikatos kodas” (engl. “A Code of Health”). He will invite you to an awakening workout
KINESIO FITNESS. This is a universal morning workout that matches fitness, physical therapy and yoga synthesis, i.e. the benefits of power, biomechanics, and flexibility. Among the transitions special breathing techniques are used in order to awaken the body and improve bioenergy.
